Vale is a sweet baby boy with the curiosity of a scientist and the coordination of a baby deer on roller skates. This playful, goofy little guy was found stray with his mama and siblings and has been a resident of the shelter since 1/7/26. Since landing safely with us, he’s been on a mission to investigate absolutely everything. Leaf blowing in the wind? Suspicious. Shoe on the floor? Needs inspection. Your pant leg? Probably a toy. Vale approaches life like it’s one big, wiggly adventure. He’s the kind of puppy who will:

• Pounce on his own shadow
• Start a wrestling match and immediately forget why
• Gallop at full speed just because it feels exciting
• Stare at you thoughtfully like he’s solving a mystery (he is not)

He’s endlessly sweet, quick to wag, and happiest when he’s near his people. Underneath the silliness is a tender little heart that just wants love, safety, and someone to tell him he’s the best boy (which he absolutely is). Vale may have had a rough start, but you’d never know it from his bright, joyful spirit. He’s more than ready to trade stray adventures for couch cuddles, belly rubs, and a forever family. If you’re looking for a best friend who will keep you laughing, keep you moving, and occasionally trip over his own feet — Vale is your guy. 🐾
