Moss is Vale’s sister — a sweet little adventurer with bright eyes, bouncy steps, and just a sprinkle of “what happens if I poke this?” This playful, goofy girl was found stray with her mama and siblings and has been a resident of the shelter since 1/7/26. Since then, she’s been busy mastering the art of Being Adorable While Investigating Everything. Curious? Intensely. Graceful? Debatable. Sweet? Always. Moss approaches life like it’s her personal discovery channel. A crinkly leaf? Fascinating. A squeaky toy? Groundbreaking. A human sitting quietly? Clearly needs kisses immediately.

She’s the kind of puppy who will:
• Bounce sideways when she gets excited
• Chase her brother and then pretend she didn’t
• Inspect new objects with serious detective energy
• Climb into your lap like she absolutely belongs there (she does)

Underneath her playful, wiggly exterior is a soft, loving little heart. Moss is happiest close to her people, soaking up attention and offering tiny tail wags in return. She may have started life out in the world as a stray, but she’s more than ready to retire from street life and commit fully to couch life. Moss is looking for a family who will nurture her curiosity, encourage her playful spirit, and love her through all her puppy phases (including the “why are you chewing that?” one).
