Phantom is a gorgeous black shepherd mix who has been haunting the shelter since 2/23/26 after being found as a stray. And by haunting, we mean sprinting dramatically from one end of the yard to the other like he’s in an action movie. 🎬💨 This boy is HIGH energy. Caps lock was necessary. Phantom wakes up ready to party, play, run, chase, and possibly invent new Olympic sports. If energy were electricity, he could power a small city. ⚡ The good news? He is extremely treat motivated. Got snacks? Congratulations, you now control the Phantom. Sit? For a treat. Stay? For a treat. Solve world peace? If there’s a treat involved, he’ll consider it. 🍪 Silly, super playful, and always ready for fun, Phantom is looking for an active home that can keep up with his big personality and even bigger zoomies.
