Alec came to the shelter 9/19/2024 as a stray. Alec is a very nervous, but sweet boy, and staff is working with him to get through his fears daily. He is still learning how to “dog,” and needs an understanding, and patient owner, who can help him learn to trust. He is 100% dog friendly, walks well on leash, and would benefit from having a (tall) fenced-in yard. Alec enjoys running, toys, being outside playing, and going for long walks with his person. Staff has learned Alec’s confidence is boosted when he has a dog friend to play with.
