This handsome German Shepherd gentleman is a very large boy with an even larger personality. He’s been a resident of the shelter since 2/25/26, and while we adore him, we know his happily-ever-after is waiting out there somewhere. He may have a few distinguished silver highlights, but don’t let that fool you — this grandpa still runs on premium-grade zoomies.

Senior? Yes.
Extremely playful and goofy? Also yes.
Aware of his own size? Absolutely not.

Kyzr LOVES people. Capital L-O-V-E-S. He greets humans like long-lost celebrities returning from tour. Expect full-body tail wags, dramatic happy dances, and the kind of joyful enthusiasm usually reserved for puppies who just discovered grass.

He wants to be near you, follow you, supervise you, and possibly assist with absolutely everything (even if you did not ask). He’s large. He’s lovable. He’s slightly ridiculous.
