Buddy’s story is one of strength and resilience. This young Aussie mix came to the shelter on 5/19/25 after being found as a stray who had been hit by a car. His back foot was badly injured, and for a time it was feared he might lose his leg. Thankfully, after months of care and healing at the vet, Buddy beat the odds and pulled through with all four legs intact. Though his foot looks a little different now, it doesn’t slow him down one bit-he’s full of life and ready to enjoy every moment. With his super soft fur, gentle spirit, and endless affection to give, Buddy is looking for a family who will cherish him as much as he will cherish them. He’s living proof that love, and determination can overcome the toughest of challenges.
