Named after Olive Oyl from Popeye, this tall, slender girl is as unique as her namesake. Olive, a resident of the shelter since 8/6/2024, is a gentle soul who’s still learning to trust the world around her. She’s shy at first, but once she warms up, her sweet and affectionate nature shines through. Olive walks beautifully on a leash and is very treat-motivated, which makes training a breeze. She seems to do well with dogs about her size but isn’t the best fit for homes with small animals. With a little patience and a lot of love, Olive will blossom into a loyal and loving companion. She’s ready to find a calm, understanding home where she can truly come out of her shell.
