A resident of the shelter since 5/9/24, Cosmo is a shiny black bundle of joy with the energy of a toddler on espresso and the charm of a professional goofball. He came to the shelter as a puppy with his brother (who already got adopted, but Cosmo’s not bitter). He’s got excellent leash manners, a deep love for toys, and a heart as big as his zoomies. Cosmo’s the type of dog who turns heads at the park and wins hearts at first tail wag. This happy, goofy boy is ready to find his forever home-preferably one with lots of toys, belly rubs, and humans who appreciate his comedic genius.
