Annabelle is a striking black and white beauty, possibly a collie mix, with crystal blue eyes that sparkle with sweetness and mischief. She came to the shelter 8/18/2025 alongside her sister, Penelope, after being abandoned by their previous owners, but she hasn’t let her past dim her spirit. Annabelle is affectionate, silly, and absolutely adores water! Splash time is her favorite time! She gets along wonderfully with other dogs and loves making new friends. With her playful nature and loving heart, Annabelle is ready to find a forever home where she can share her joy and endless affection.
